Cake Cake Cake!
Today we decided it was time to indulge in an Austrian favorite: Sachertorte. It’s a chocolate cake with a thin layer of apricot jam in the middle. Being a chocaholic, I was in HEAVEN. It really was probably the best piece of cake I have ever had. The Konditorei we went to was really cute, too! We got some coffee, also, and took the time to sit down, relax, & enjoy the chocolate-y goodness.
Tomorrow is a full day of rehearsal, so I don’t think I will get much time to myself, but this weekend I plan to be a tourist & explore the Altstadt a bit more, and also visit Mozart’s Geburtshaus.
